Hello, I’m Victoria - a creative producer and theatremaker based in Salisbury.

I love to work with communities to create art that really matters to the people and places it’s made for. I make political work with something to say about the world. I also make shows for children and families that are magical and multisensory.

I work mainly in theatre, but have also worked on projects across artforms including circus, spoken word, poetry, dance, interactive technology, music, sound and visual arts. If there’s a story to tell - I’m in!

I’m currently freelance, but have spent a large part of my career in leadership positions within venues. Previous roles have included: Artistic Director of MAST Mayflower Studios, Senior Producer at Battersea Arts Centre, Performing Arts Programme Producer at Roundhouse, Participation Manager at artsdepot and Youth Theatre Director at Salisbury Playhouse.

I am a supported artist at The Point, Eastleigh, and a resident artist at MAST Mayflower Studios. I’ve previously held artist residencies with artsdepot, National Maritime Museum, Battersea Arts Centre and Clapham Omnibus, and have been supported by Arts Council England.
